'Cure' for morning sickness

Do try peppermint herb tea and a ginger snap biscuit, as soon as you can in the morning. Also keep a few ginger biscuits in a little pot in your handbag, so that you can nibble on one whenever you feel a bit odd or your blood-sugar levels drop. I hope this helps!
